Senior Manager, Demand Planning

We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually the posting includes intro paragraph about BIC World etc. We need to use . Also include the KPI list maybe as part of responsibilities (they are metrics). We'll include them as a sublist under Responsibilities? Could be separate but still under responsibilities heading. We'll just add them as another
for section headings: e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must only include sections that have real specific content. No filler like "commensurate with experience". We must preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate etc. We need to parse the posting: It starts with intro about BIC World, then description of role, then "What You’ll Do:" with bullet points (list). Then "What You’ll Need:" with Education, Experience, Technical & Functional Skills Required, Leadership Competencies (subsections). Also there is a "Key Performance Indicators" list (maybe part of responsibilities? It's a list of KPIs). Should we include a section for KPIs? Not in allowed headings list; we could put under Responsibilities or maybe under a separate section like "Key Performance Indicators" but not allowed heading. The instruction says use headings only from list; we should not create other headings. So we need to fit content into allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have no explicit Benefits, Pay, Schedule info in posting. So we should not create those sections. We need About the role: likely the introductory paragraph(s) describing the role and company. Could combine the first paragraph(s) up to "What You’ll Do:" as About the role. Responsibilities: the bullet list under "What You’ll Do:" plus maybe the KPI list? KPIs could be considered part of responsibilities (performance metrics). We'll include them as part of Responsibilities. Requirements: Education, Experience, Technical & Functional Skills Required, Leadership Competencies? Those could be under Requirements or Qualifications. The instruction says we can have both Requirements and Qualifications sections. We need to decide what goes where. Typically Requirements = education/experience; Qualifications = skills/competencies. We'll put Education and Experience under Requirements. Technical & Functional Skills and Leadership Competencies under Qualifications (or Skills). But we also have a Skills heading allowed. Could put technical skills under Skills, leadership competencies under Qualifications. Let's think. We have headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to avoid empty sections. So we will include About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. No Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Now we need to extract content. About the role: Should include the introductory paragraphs describing BIC World, the role's purpose, etc. Let's capture: "Join BIC World, a community of brands dedicated to creating ingeniously simple and joyful products that have been part of hearts and homes for over 75 years. We are committed to growing our iconic and innovative brands by reimagining everyday essentials in new, sustainable, and responsible ways. Our culture encourages a "roll up your sleeves and get the job done" mindset, ensuring self-starters, problem solvers, and innovative thinkers can truly thrive. At BIC World, you are empowered to take ownership of your career and use your unique perspective to make a meaningful, global impact on our mission. The Senior Manager, Demand Planning is a critical leader within BIC USA's Supply Chain organization, responsible for leading the demand planning function across a ~$1B U.S. business spanning three categories and more than 1,400 SKUs. This role owns the end-to-end demand planning process and is accountable for creating a single, forward-looking view of demand that enables the business to make better commercial, financial, supply, and inventory decisions. The Senior Manager translates market intelligence, commercial strategy, customer dynamics, promotional activity, innovation, and external trends into actionable demand plans across multiple planning horizons. As a strategic business partner to Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Planning, Operations, and Customer teams, this leader will challenge assumptions, surface risks and opportunities, and ensure demand plans reflect both the ambition of the business and the realities of the marketplace. The role plays a critical part in driving IBP/S&OP maturity, improving forecast accuracy and bias, optimizing inventory, and enabling superior customer service. Beyond the planning process, the Senior Manager will build and develop a high-performing team, strengthen planning capabilities, drive digital and analytical transformation, and establish best-in-class demand planning practices across the organization. The ideal candidate brings a business leader mindset to demand planning — balancing analytical rigor with commercial acumen, challenging the status quo, and connecting demand decisions to revenue, profitability, customer experience, inventory, and operational performance." That seems good for About the role. Responsibilities: The bullet list under "What You’ll Do:" plus maybe the KPI list. Let's capture each bullet as
