Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage low-complexity transactions or portfolios
- Complete and review credit analysis
- Evaluate risks and write financial analysis
- Analyze and interpret a client's credit worthiness
- Evaluate credit risks and write credit approval memos
- Lead the process, ensuring timely and accurate analysis
- Coach teammates on credit requirements
- Monitor operating performance and financial condition
- Proactively identify issues and opportunities
- Deliver financial modeling, loan structure, industry, economic, and other analyses
- Support the loan decision-making process
- Review work of junior teammates for feedback and compliance
- Manage credit process for a portfolio of clients
- Structure terms of a lease/loan
- Train, coach, and mentor Credit Analysts
- Consult on sales opportunities and provide product expertise
- Structure loan documentation with internal/external legal partners
- Project financial performance
- Re-rate clients based on compliance with financial covenants
- Close new transactions or existing transactions
- Allocate capital based on transaction and relationship risk-adjusted profitability

Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of commercial credit underwriting and credit analysis experience
- Effective presentation, structuring, financial statement and credit risk analysis skills
- Proficient Microsoft Office
- Proficient business writing skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent experience
