About the role

The SBA Commercial Credit Underwriter I analyzes, underwrites, and may act as the final decision authority on SBA commercial loan applications while following sound lending practices, SBA requirements, and established bank policies and procedures. The role ensures compliance with SBA Program Requirements, established underwriting guidelines, quality and production standards, as well as Federal Banking Regulations and Government Reporting requirements.
