We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The description includes job description. We need headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use

for each heading only if there is real content. Must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must remove boilerplate. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Job Type Full-time Description ... The description includes essential functions etc. We need to create sections: - About the role: maybe a brief summary of role purpose. The description includes "Maps seeks a Commercial Credit Underwriter and Portfolio Manager who contributes to the financial stability..." That's about the role. So we can put that in

under About the role. - Responsibilities: essential functions list: regulatory compliance, credit underwriting and analysis, portfolio management. We can list bullet points. - Requirements: The "KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:" list. That's requirements. - Qualifications: education and experience etc. - Skills: maybe we can separate skills from requirements? The posting lumps knowledge, skills, abilities. Could treat as Skills section. But we already have Requirements. Could combine? The instruction: prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. We could have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (including knowledge, skills, abilities), Qualifications, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Skills maybe not needed separate if covered in Requirements. But we have a Skills heading possible; but we can omit if not distinct. The instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. So we need to decide if we have distinct content for Skills separate from Requirements. The posting has "KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:" which is a list of skills/abilities. That could be considered Skills. But also there is "Requirements" heading? Actually the posting uses "Requirements" as a heading? It says "Requirements KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:" So it's a heading "Requirements". Then after that list. Then "Qualifications" heading. So we can map: Requirements = knowledge, skills, abilities. Qualifications = education/experience etc. So we will have Requirements and Qualifications sections. Skills section maybe not needed separate because covered in Requirements. But we could still include Skills if we want to split knowledge, skills, abilities into Skills. However the instruction: prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. So better to combine knowledge, skills, abilities into Requirements. So we will not create a separate Skills section. Benefits: list of benefits after "To Show Our Appreciation To Employees, We Offer". That's substantive. Pay: "Starting Exempt Salary Range: $72,661 - $90,826, depending on experience." Schedule: "Typical schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. This position is fully onsite." We should also include maybe location? Not required. We must not include boilerplate like cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. There's none. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. We must preserve all substantive information. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's craft. Structure:

Schedule

Typical schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. This position is fully onsite.

Check that we didn't repeat job title. Good. We omitted any mention of "Job Type Full-time" maybe could be included in schedule? Not needed. The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information. Should we include job type? It's substantive. Could add a short paragraph under About the role or separate? Could add a line: "Job Type: Full-time." But we already have schedule section. Could add a short p under About the role: "This is a full-time position." However the instruction: do not invent or summarize away detail. We should preserve it. Let's add a sentence in About the role: "This is a full-time position." Or we could add a separate short paragraph after About the role? But we must not create extra headings unless needed. We can just add to About the role. Update About the role paragraph: include "This is a full-time position." Let's adjust. Also we might include "Location: Willamette Valley, Oregon" from About Maps section. That's substantive. Could add to About the role or maybe a separate section? Not required heading. Could add to About the role: "Located in the heart of the beautiful Willamette Valley, Oregon, Maps Credit Union offers ..." That's from About Maps. That is substantive. Should we include? Yes preserve all substantive info. So we can incorporate that into About the role paragraph. Thus About the role paragraph will be longer. Let's craft final About the role: "Maps seeks a Commercial Credit Underwriter and Portfolio Manager who contributes to the financial stability of the Credit Union by evaluating commercial lending opportunities, analyzing borrower financial performance, assessing credit risk, and managing an assigned portfolio of commercial lending relationships. This position serves as a key partner to Commercial Relationship Managers by providing sound underwriting, ongoing portfolio monitoring, risk assessment, and credit administration support to ensure loan quality and portfolio performance. This is a full-time position located in the heart of the beautiful Willamette Valley, Oregon, where Maps Credit Union serves over 84,000 members at 14 branch locations and supports over 370 employees." That captures location and full-time. Now ensure we didn't duplicate info elsewhere. The About Maps section also includes history etc. That is also substantive. Should we include that? It's about the organization, not the role. The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information. So we should include that info somewhere. Could add another paragraph under About the role or maybe a separate section "About Maps". But we have no heading for that; we could add a paragraph under About the role after the role description. Or we could add a separate heading "About Maps" but not in the list of allowed headings? The allowed headings list includes About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. It didn't list "About Maps". But we could still include it as a paragraph under About the role or maybe as a separate

without heading. The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It says e.g., implying those are examples, not exclusive? It says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should only use those headings. So we should not create a heading "About Maps". We can include that info in a paragraph under About the role or maybe under Responsibilities? Better to add a paragraph after the role description within About the role. Thus About the role will
