Key Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and mentor the commercial credit team
• Review complex credit analyses and provide recommendations on larger lending opportunities
• Support underwriting and risk evaluation for commercial lending relationships
• Assist with regulatory exams, audits, and credit documentation reviews
• Oversee annual commercial credit reviews and portfolio monitoring
• Partner with lending and executive leadership on credit-related initiatives

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of commercial credit, underwriting, or commercial banking experience
• Prior leadership or team development experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
• Experience analyzing complex commercial credit relationships and financial statements

Pay

$120,000 – $130,000
