This role will be based in San Francisco Bay Area, Chicago, D.C. or New York City.

Responsibilities

• Independently draft, review and negotiate ad sales-related agreements for LinkedIn’s Marketing Solutions team. Representative agreements include advertising insertion orders, media, strategic partnership, sponsorship, and non-disclosure agreements.
• Lead negotiation calls with customers.
• Collaborate with LinkedIn’s Deal Desk, Sales, Finance, Product, and other cross-functional teams on internal approvals and escalations to ensure sales transactions are consistent with internal corporate policies and processes.
• Act as a business partner to the LinkedIn marketing sales teams throughout the customer lifecycle to ensure timely management and closure of sales opportunities.
• Drive internal projects that create leverage and scalable processes to optimize contract negotiation and management services that drive business results.
• Provide support to senior attorneys as needed.

Qualifications

• Basic Qualifications:
• - JD from an ABA-accredited law school
• - 3+ years' experience practicing as an attorney, including 2+ years of experience in online/digital advertising transactions (Ad-Tech)

• Preferred Qualifications:
• - Experience with negotiating the IAB standard terms and conditions
• - Demonstrated ability to manage various deals and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• - Ability to build strong relationships with teams across various disciplines and seniority levels
• - Experience with negotiating the IAB standard terms and conditions
• - A proficient understanding of global data privacy and security frameworks
• - Provides exceptional customer service
• - Exercises sound business judgment and escalates material issues to senior attorneys as needed
• - Sense of humor and positive “can-do” attitude.
