Commercial Counsel-Infrastructure and GTM
Responsibilities
- Negotiate infrastructure deal terms to align commitments with customer contracts.
- Ensure compliance with export and trade-control requirements.
- Create templates, playbooks, and workflows for repeatable infrastructure dealmaking.
- Manage enterprise commercial agreements and support go-to-market deals.
- Create templates, playbooks, and workflows for repeatable Sales deals.
- Run procurement transactions and develop templates and default negotiating positions.
Requirements
- A JD and active bar license.
- At least 5 years in commercial and technology transactions, including substantial in-house time at an infrastructure company.
- Experience supporting deals for purchasing compute and critical infrastructure, partner and strategic alliances agreements, and enterprise commercial deals.
- Familiarity with data privacy and regulatory regimes, including GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, EU AI Act, EU Data Act, DORA, and export controls.
- Comfort working independently in a small, fast-moving legal team.
- Desire for learning and building with AI tools.

Pay
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $200-230K + equity + benefits. Individual compensation is determined by experience, skills, and job-related knowledge.
