Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute short- and long-term project plans, including milestones, timelines, and deliverables
- Lead and delegate project tasks to ensure efficient execution and accountability
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects
- Collaborate with Senior Project Managers, APMs, and Field Operations to define scope, goals, risks, and resource needs
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, both independently and as part of a team
- Maintain project budgets, cost-to-complete (CTC), and financial performance
- Ensure projects remain on schedule, within scope, and aligned with quality standards
- Perform ongoing quality control throughout the project lifecycle
- Adjust schedules, resources, and priorities as project needs or funding conditions change
- Provide regular project status updates to leadership at established intervals
- Ensure adherence to contracts, specifications, and project documentation
- Establish and track key project performance metrics
- Create detailed work plans, including schedules, milestones, risks, and controls
- Resolve technical and operational challenges as they arise
- Maintain alignment with company goals, strategies, and operational priorities
- Contribute to team and organizational success by taking ownership and driving continuous improvement

Education and Experience
- A high school diploma is required
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred
- An OSHA 30 certification is required
- Eight or more years of project management experience are required
- Commercial construction experience is strongly preferred

- Talk or hear, both in person and by telephone
- Use hand(s) and fingers to handle or feel objects or controls
- Reach with hand(s) and arm(s)
- Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, and lift up to 50 pounds
