- Maintain relentless oversight of project accounting architectures, drafting, tracking, and securing timely approvals for change orders while protecting baseline profit margins.
- Partner closely with on-site Traveling Superintendents to audit project schedules, remove material logistics bottlenecks, and enforce quality control standards.
- Serve as the primary professional point of contact for corporate hotel franchise operators, architects, and specialty trade vendors, ensuring total project transparency.
- Execute short-term regional travel to national project sites as required to audit project velocity, support field handoffs, and manage client walk-throughs.
- Leverage modern construction management software and digital tools to maintain real-time logs, submittals, RFIs, and weekly progress reporting.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of verified professional experience in commercial construction project management, managing multi-trade schedules and corporate project budgets.
- Proven ability to manage multi-tier subcontractor networks, write clear scopes of work, and track complex change order logs with high detail accuracy.
- Advanced capability to read, interpret, and cross-reference complex architectural plans, MEP schematics, and interior engineering specifications.
- Exceptional organizational discipline, elite negotiation skills, and a strong sense of urgency to hit deadlines without compromising quality.
- A professional, personable demeanor with the willingness to conduct short-term national travel to jobsites as needed across the United States.
