About the role

As a Commercial Construction Senior Project Manager at Heartland Construction, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and driving the success of our commercial construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of commercial construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Implement effective risk management and problem-solving strategies to address challenges proactively.
• Lead project teams, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Proven track record of successfully managing commercial construction projects from inception to completion.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in commercial construction project management with demonstrated success in delivering projects on time and within budget.
