Commercial Construction Project Manager

Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring scope, budget, and timeline adherence.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and vendors, maintaining strong professional relationships.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
- Lead pre-construction planning, including risk assessments and feasibility studies.
- Supervise on-site activities to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with project specifications.
- Identify and resolve project challenges and conflicts in a timely manner.
- Ensure all project documentation, permits, and approvals are in order.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain seamless communication and project success.
- Track and manage subcontractor performance and contracts.
- Drive continuous improvement efforts to enhance project delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of project management experience in commercial or government construction.
- Proven ability to lead multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, safety regulations, and building codes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
- Experience working on prevailing wage projects preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred but not required).
Pay
$105,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience.

Schedule
Full-time, Monday to Friday with occasional flexibility for project needs.
