Commercial Construction Project Manager
The Opportunity
You will serve as the primary leader for a world-class, 11.5-acre tennis academy project, managing a high-profile build valued up to $75 million. This role offers you the chance to leave a lasting legacy by delivering a landmark sports facility for a company with 20 years of local stability. Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive project management experience with a licensed general contractor
- Proven history managing ground-up commercial projects with total values exceeding $30 million
- Expert-level proficiency in Procore and CPM scheduling software like Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
- Advanced technical knowledge of civil, structural, and MEP trades in a multi-building campus environment
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s degree in Construction Management or Business Administration (MBA)
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or CCM (Certified Construction Manager) credentials
- Specific experience in sports/recreation facility construction, including professional-grade court surfaces
- Demonstrated proficiency with BIM coordination tools such as Revit or Navisworks
