Job Description

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of construction projects.
  • Manage project budgets and schedules to ensure timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to meet project goals.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and construction standards.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address issues.
  • Prepare detailed reports and documentation for project milestones.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships effectively.
  • Resolve project-related challenges to maintain smooth operations.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of construction Project Management experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage commercial projects.
  • Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling, and operations.
  • Experience leading projects from start to finish.
