Job Description
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of construction projects.
- Manage project budgets and schedules to ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to meet project goals.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and construction standards.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address issues.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation for project milestones.
- Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships effectively.
- Resolve project-related challenges to maintain smooth operations.

Requirements
- 7-10 years of construction Project Management experience.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage commercial projects.
- Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling, and operations.
- Experience leading projects from start to finish.
