About the role
Coordinate and manage all phases of commercial construction projects, including planning, execution, and closeout.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely progress and completion.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor project budgets, controlling costs and ensuring financial targets are met.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulations.
- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and maintain high-quality standards.
- Identify and mitigate risks to minimize project disruptions.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience managing commercial construction projects from start to finish.
- Ground-up experience in education, higher education, municipal, retail, restaurant, hospitality, and mixed-use.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and building codes.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to multitask and solve problems in a busy environment.
