Role Overview
This role offers the opportunity to oversee a high-visibility project and play a key role in the company's continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct all stages of a commercial construction project, from pre-construction through closeout
- Act as the main liaison between clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and execution plans
- Oversee subcontractor selection, agreements, and performance
- Conduct site visits and lead progress meetings to maintain alignment and momentum
- Review project documentation, including submittals, change orders, and payment applications
- Anticipate challenges and implement solutions to keep the project on track
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, codes, and contractual requirements
- Maintain organized and accurate project records using management software
- Provide leadership and direction to field personnel and support staff
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing construction projects, with a strong commercial background
- Demonstrated success overseeing large and complex builds
- Solid understanding of contracts, scheduling, and cost management
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with construction management platforms (e.g., Procore, JobTread, Buildertrend, or similar)
- Willingness to travel consistently to the Glassboro, NJ project site
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $140,000-$175,000 annually, depending on experience
- Paid Time Off: Two weeks of vacation plus eight paid holidays
