Key Responsibilities
- Perform tasks related to all phases of commercial construction, including:
- Metal stud framing
- Drywall installation
- Layout and measurements
- Ability to cut doors and windows, frames, and perform hardware installation
- Carpentry
- Framing and finish, interior and exterior
- Assist with on-site troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Exhibit pride in your work with attention to detail and quality.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure project timelines and objectives are met.
Qualifications
- Experience in a similar construction role is preferred, but we are open to training the right candidate.
- Proficiency in commercial construction techniques (metal stud framing, drywall, ability to cut doors and windows, frames, and perform hardware installation, carpentry; framing and finish, interior and exterior) is a plus.
- Night shifts are mandatory - The ability to work nights is non-negotiable for this role.
- Weekend availability - weekend work may be required depending on project demands and timelines.
- Occasional travel - The majority of projects are within daily commuting distance from our offices. However, candidates should be open to occasional travel for assignments located outside the immediate area.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Possesses basic and specialized tools required for the job.

Work Schedule
