About the role

As an Estimator at Osman Construction, you'll lead take-off, pricing, and bid submissions for commercial general contracting projects—including retail centers, industrial and warehouse developments, corporate facilities, and more—through Osman's turnkey service model. You'll work closely with preconstruction leaders, project managers, and self-perform trades teams to ensure your estimates reflect real-world cost, schedule, and constructability considerations.

Apply your analytical expertise to cost modeling, subcontractor outreach, value engineering, and strategic use of Osman's self-perform capabilities such as selective demolition, carpentry, and fixturing. Develop estimates that serve as the foundation for well-executed projects through Osman's strong quality control program. Integrate safety considerations into cost and schedule assumptions in alignment with Osman's comprehensive Safety & Loss Prevention Program.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Proven commercial construction estimating experience within general contracting or construction management.
• Strong command of take-offs, bid pricing, cost modeling, and subcontractor outreach.
• Understanding of scheduling, critical path impacts, and their influence on cost accuracy.
• Ability to work seamlessly with self-perform trades, preconstruction leaders, and project managers.
• Commitment to precision estimating and incorporating safety into early project planning.
• Strong communication, organization, and a team-oriented approach.
