ESTIMATOR JOB DESCRIPTION (Ground-Up Commercial) This highly reputable company is looking to add an Estimator to their team! With a focus on diverse ground-up/Exterior Commercial projects, this company provides premier services that continue to attract new and repeat clients! Estimator Responsibilities Review and understand all documents and assess project risksUnderstand project logistics and project scheduleManage and Develop cost estimates of "at risk" projects including all material, labor, equipment and general condition costs necessary to deliver a complete projectActively perform pre-construction duties and participate in meetings with clients, owners and engineersMaintain a historical database of costs Estimator Qualifications 5+ years' experience estimating Commercial construction projects5+ years estimating all divisions of large scale Commercial Ground-Up projects ideally in excess of $2MWell versed in all estimating principals including reviewing conceptual estimatesAbility to communicate collaboratively; team player and balanced in approachAdvanced computer skills with estimating software.
