Commercial Concrete Project Engineer

Responsibilities

• Review estimate spreadsheets and become familiar with the cost allocation.
• Aid the project manager with takeoffs.
• Track manpower daily and approve timecards.
• Aid with documentation for RFI’s, Co’s, submittals, and sub-contractors and other paperwork.
• Approve invoices and perform daily quantity tracking.
• Update the project manager daily with material deliveries and project progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management or 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with Bluebeam, Revu, Word, and Excel.
• Familiarity with B2W (preferred).
• Knowledge of tilt up (preferred).
• Willingness to travel to projects in various states.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Able to work weekends if needed.
• OSHA Certification.
