Commercial Collateral Specialist I

Responsibilities

• Develops a basic understanding of the diverse business lines that are supported by the Equipment Finance Collateral Monitoring Team.
• Serves and supports the lien securitization efforts including but not limited to inbound and outbound calls to both Customers and Sellers.
• Identifies opportunities for process improvement and may participate in the implementation of those ideas.
• Assists in gathering specific data points and information for the purpose of producing weekly and monthly reports.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 years of experience in Customer Service
• Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency
• Advanced attention to detail
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and team-oriented

Additional Requirements

• Retail and/or Hospitality experience
• Documentation experience including but not limited to legal documentation
• Servicing experience
• Titling/Dealership experience
• Banking and/or Finance industry experience
