Commercial Client Success Manager

What You Will Do
- Manage a book of 25-30 commercial clients with contract values ranging from $70K–$150K
- Own client relationships post-onboarding, focusing on retention, adoption, and growth
- Conduct QBRs and strategic touchpoints that align Awardco's value to client's business goals
- Partner with Sales and Renewals team on renewal and upsell opportunities
- Identify risks early and proactively build mitigation strategies
- Leverage platform data to inform client strategy and measure success
- Educate clients on best practices, platform features, and program improvements
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Support, and Engineering to resolve client challenges
- Track client activity and health using Salesforce and ChurnZero (or a similar CS platform)
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience rooted in responsiveness and value
What You Will Bring
- 2–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related client-facing role in a SaaS environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proven success managing 20–30 B2B accounts with ACVs of $70K–$150K
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with executive presence
- Proficiency in Salesforce, ChurnZero (or a similar CS platform), and Google Workspace
- Experience Leading client strategy sessions like QBRs and check-ins
- Experience driving renewals and expansions alongside a sales partner
- Experience working cross-functionally to resolve client issues and escalate feedback
- Experience analyzing data and presenting actionable insights
- Proactive, strategic thinker with a bias for action
