Commercial Cleaning Technician

About the role

Join the 360clean Team—where clean meets fun! This is an entry-level position with no prior experience required. As a Commercial Cleaning Technician, you’ll be responsible for making commercial spaces sparkle and shine while working independently and collaboratively with the team.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, vacuum, and damp mop hard surface floors and carpets.
• Dust work surfaces, furniture, and hard-to-reach areas.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, urinals, partitions, sinks, counters, mirrors, floors, and walls.
• Restock restroom dispensers with paper products and soap.
• Clean entrance glass and interior glass surfaces to ensure clarity.
• Empty trash containers, replace liners, and maintain trash-free spaces.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment, such as vacuum cleaners.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve cleaning excellence.
• Follow all company procedures, including safety, door lock, time & attendance, and uniform policies.

Requirements

• No experience required—this is an entry-level opportunity.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Reliable transportation to reach cleaning sites.
