Commercial Cleaning Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking experienced Commercial Cleaning Specialists to support our growing portfolio of commercial properties and client accounts.

This is a 1099 contractor role offering flexible, appointment-based scheduling. Jobs are assigned based on property needs, and contractors have the ability to accept work that fits their availability.

Responsibilities

• Perform commercial cleanings (offices, retail spaces, common areas, and multi-unit facilities)
• Maintain cleanliness standards for business operations and property presentation
• Follow detailed cleaning checklists and scope of work for each job
• Report job completion and communicate any maintenance or service issues
• Ensure consistency and quality across all assigned properties

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Prior commercial cleaning experience (required)
• Must bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment
• Able to handle office, retail, and multi-unit property cleanings
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
• Able to follow cleaning scopes and property-specific instructions
