Responsibilities

• Surface & Floor Maintenance: Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust client workspaces, hallways, and common areas.
• Sanitization: Disinfect restrooms, employee breakrooms, and high-touch surfaces to ensure a safe environment.
• Waste Management: Collect and empty trash and recycling containers, replacing liners as needed.
• Inventory Tracking: Monitor cleaning supplies and notify management when restocking is necessary.
• Facility Security: Follow standard locking and security procedures upon completing your shift.

Requirements

• Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Transportation: Must have reliable personal transit to commute to and from the assigned Elkton location.
• Work Ethic: Strong self-motivation, high attention to detail, and a history of reliable attendance.
• Physical Capability: Ability to stay active, stand, bend, and handle routine physical tasks throughout a 6-hour shift.

Qualifications

Prior janitorial experience is welcome, but not required! We provide comprehensive, paid onboarding to ensure you feel confident in your role.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, Part-time hours between 5:00 PM–11:00 PM. Position Type: Commercial Cleaning / Evening Shift.
