Commercial Claims Adjuster

About the role

Responsible for investigating and adjusting commercial insurance claims to ensure fair and accurate settlements. Works closely with clients, adjusters, and underwriting teams to resolve disputes and provide timely service.

Responsibilities

• Investigate claims thoroughly to determine coverage and appropriate compensation
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to resolve disputes
• Prepare and submit claim reports and documentation
• Ensure compliance with insurance policies and company procedures
• Handle multiple claims simultaneously, prioritizing urgency and complexity

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
• 2+ years of claims handling experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Knowledge of commercial insurance policies and procedures
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Experience with claims management software (optional)
