Responsibilities

• Analyze claims exposure and make sound decisions to investigate, evaluate, and resolve first- and third-party, bodily injury, and litigated claims.
• Communicate effectively with insureds, claimants, agents, attorneys, medical providers, and vendors throughout the claims process.
• Manage multiple assignments efficiently, documenting all claim activity to support file outcomes.
• Settle claims within assigned authority and escalate higher-exposure claims to the Claims Manager as appropriate.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience as an Insurance Claims Adjuster, including preferred bodily injury experience.
• Any auto or commercial claims experience.
• Active P&C Insurance license.

Qualifications

• No college degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
