Commercial Card- Product Delivery Manager- Vice President
Job Responsibilities
Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners
Continuously evaluate and improve delivery processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Strengthen controls by liaising with control partners and product leaders to identify risks, strategies to mitigate risks, maintaining controls and activities to ensure compliance to controls
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area
- Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities
- Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
- Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies
- Proven experience running program governance in an Agile-at-scale environment (multiple scrum teams), with strong facilitation across Product, Technology, Operations, Finance, and Risk/Controls
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships
- Proficiency with delivery analytics and portfolio reporting (e.g., scorecards, OKRs, capacity and dependency dashboards), including light automation and firm-approved AI-assisted summarization with human oversight to produce clear, consistent updates across multiple levels within the organization
- Able to manage multiple priorities, meeting deadlines, and working both independently and collaboratively within a team
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
- MBA preferred or equivalent (5+ years of product management, strategy or execution experience)
- Domain expertise in Commercial Card, Treasury Services or Payments
