Commercial Card Fraud and Chargeback Analyst
About the role
Maintains and distributes daily, weekly and monthly client reporting
Reviews daily processing system chargeback and retrieval reports
Records incoming and outgoing documentation in the Case Management Tool and communicates with cardholders and Company Program Administrators on a regular basis
Balances daily In Clearing reports to chargeback reports
Monitors fraud using internal and external fraud detection tools
Reports fraud trends using fraud reports and live monitoring
Initiates chargebacks and retrievals in the Card Processing Platform
Handles incoming and outgoing chargeback and retrieval support documentation initiated in the MasterCard and Visa systems daily
Remains current with MasterCard and VISA chargeback processing and compliance changes
Qualifications
- Ability to interact with cardholders and Company Program Administrators
- Ability to interact with high-level clients and bank representatives
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines
- Strong Analytical skills
- Experience with VISA and MasterCard chargeback and reporting tools (a plus)
- Experience with credit card systems and/or fraud monitoring (a plus)
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills in Excel and Word (a plus)

Pay
Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is -.
Schedule
Shifts starting and ending between 7 am to 10 pm Monday-Friday and Saturday starting and ending between 7am -8 pm. Position requires one 8-hour shift Saturday or Sunday. Strong consideration given to candidates working both Saturday and Sunday shifts. Remaining shifts can be flexible weekdays.
