About the role

The Commercial Business Development Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing new manufacturing customers and expanding existing commercial relationships across Beyond Vision's Machine Shop, Commercial Assembly & Packaging, and Contact Center business units, with a primary focus on manufacturing.

This player/coach role is responsible for personally generating new business while leading the manufacturing customer service function and business development team. The Commercial Business Development Manager serves as a key ambassador for Beyond Vision, building successful partnerships that advance both our business and mission.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with manufacturing customers
  • Lead the manufacturing customer service function and business development team
  • Generate new business opportunities and expand existing relationships
  • Maintain disciplined use of Salesforce CRM to manage customer relationships, sales pipeline activity, forecasting, and business development performance
  • Implement and adhere to business development processes and use of our Sales Force CRM

Requirements

  • Proven track record in business development and relationship management
  • Experience in manufacturing industry preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM
