Responsibilities

  • Commercial Reporting, Business Planning & Analytics
    • Prepare and maintain recurring management reports, KPI scorecards, dealer portfolio reports, forecasts, and presentation materials using established templates and procedures.
    • Compile and analyze business performance data to identify trends, variances, and routine issues for review by management and more experienced team members.
  • Strategic Projects & Business Initiatives
    • Support department initiatives, system enhancements, user acceptance testing, automation activities, and cross-functional projects.
    • Complete defined project tasks, document results, track assigned action items, and escalate issues to support operational efficiency, reporting accuracy, and Commercial business processes.
  • Commercial Systems Administration & Process Support
    • Provide business support for Commercial systems, including Salesforce, CCAP, Dealer Profile, and related platforms.
    • Perform assigned data maintenance, user access, issue tracking, testing, and user support activities in accordance with established procedures.
    • Coordinate with business and IT partners to resolve routine issues and escalate more complex matters.
  • Commercial Pricing & Financial Analysis
    • Assist with custom pricing requests, profitability analyses, financial models, and commercial program evaluations using established assumptions, methodologies, and templates.
    • Validate data, prepare supporting analyses, and summarize findings for review by management and more experienced team members.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in business planning, business operations, financial analysis, reporting, strategy, commercial lending, or related analytical roles.
  • Experience preparing or maintaining business reports, dashboards, presentations, or performance metrics.
  • Experience working with business data and spreadsheet-based analyses to support routine business decisions.
  • Exposure to business systems, process improvement, technology implementation, or cross-functional project work preferred.
  • Experience in automotive finance, commercial lending, banking, financial services, or a related industry preferred.
  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Training or certification in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Salesforce, or related business technologies preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity and analytics tools preferred.

Skills

  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, including the ability to maintain spreadsheets, analyze data, update business models, prepare recurring reports, and develop presentation materials.
  • Working knowledge of analytical and quantitative methods, with the ability to identify trends, variances, and routine business issues.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to organize information and communicate findings clearly.
  • Familiarity with business reporting, data visualization, and performance metric tracking.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau, or similar business systems preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity tools, such as Microsoft Copilot or comparable solutions, preferred.
  • Ability to manage assigned priorities, follow established procedures, meet deadlines, and seek guidance when issues fall outside defined practices.

Pay

Minimum Salary: $64,000.00
Maximum Salary: $96,000.00
