Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience with a BS/BA degree in environmental planning, civil engineering, or related field.
- Can comprehend typical subdivision/site plans, grading plans and contours, utility layouts, elevations, and engineering reports.
- Knowledge with NYSDEC stormwater regulations and MS4 requirements.
- Must possess a strong ability to translate from maps, plans, and engineering documents into descriptive written communication and public presentations.
- Able to work with a fast-paced team and perform assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
- Able to manage workload on multiple projects and deliver projects on time.
- Able to demonstrate exceptional problem solving and communication skills, both written and oral.
- Public speaking, presentation skills, and interactions with clients, community residents, municipal staff and elected officials will be expected.
Pay
Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000
As of this posting, the estimated annual base salary range for this position is $70,000 – $90,000. Actual base salary will be based upon criteria such as experience, qualifications and skill level.Benefits
