Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs across commercial office buildings.
- Maintain HVAC systems, including filters, belts, BAS, and pneumatic controls.
- Repair plumbing fixtures, automatic doors, locks, lighting, and other building systems.
- Respond promptly to tenant work orders with excellent customer service.
- Carry out routine inspections and identify maintenance or safety issues.
- Coordinate with property management and outside vendors as needed.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow all safety procedures.
- Aid with seasonal maintenance and special projects.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial building maintenance experience supporting office buildings.
- Hands-on experience with HVAC, plumbing, automatic doors, locks, and lighting systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and preventative maintenance skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with tenants, visitors, vendors, and leadership.
- Ability to prioritize work and respond to maintenance requests in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
- Experience supporting elevator maintenance vendors.
- Experience with commercial property management or CMMS/work order systems.
Pay
Salary: USD78,000 - USD85,000 per year
