Responsibilities
- Support sales efforts by preparing documents and presentations
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information on products and services
- Manage customer accounts and ensure timely follow-up
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer service
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in banking or customer service
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
