About the role
Responsible for assisting in the sales and marketing efforts within the Commercial and Consumer Banking department. This includes but is not limited to:
Responsibilities
- Supporting sales teams in the preparation and presentation of financial products and services.
- Handling customer inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate and timely responses.
- Assisting in the organization and execution of promotional events and campaigns.
- Collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer service and satisfaction.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in customer service or related field preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic understanding of banking products and services.
