Commercial Banking Relationship Manager - Palm Desert, CA

Responsibilities

• Generate and service a wide variety of commercial loans
• Develop and follow up on new client leads through existing clients and referrals from other bank departments
• Call on existing relationships to review portfolios and make recommendations as needed
• Expand commercial loans, client relationships, and cross-sell bank products
• Structure loans and monitor credit performance
• Maintain quality customer service and build relationships resulting in high customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6-8+ years of experience in commercial lending, credit, underwriting, or related field
• Advanced knowledge of commercial loans, credit analysis, lending, loan processing and closing processes
• Solid sales ability and experience in applicant interviewing and perceptive character judgment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Working knowledge of software applications, including word processing and spreadsheets
• Ability to manage a small to medium commercial portfolio

Pay

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $160,000 - $225,000 annually depending on job-related factors such as level of experience.
