Responsibilities
- Cook up acquisition of new business with assigned customers and prospects
- Act as primary advisor for a diverse portfolio of commercial relationships
- Facilitate credit requests including loan structuring and collateral analysis
- Cross-sell a wide range of banking products and services
- Review and analyze portfolio performance to enhance profitability
- Resolve customer problems by engaging necessary product experts
- Participate in community functions to promote bank's positive image
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience required
- 8+ years of commercial banking experience required
- Strong knowledge of commercial products, credit policies, and terminology
- Proven sales skills and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to mentor and lead junior team members
- Experienced in structuring complex credit requests
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
