Responsibilities

  • Cook up acquisition of new business with assigned customers and prospects
  • Act as primary advisor for a diverse portfolio of commercial relationships
  • Facilitate credit requests including loan structuring and collateral analysis
  • Cross-sell a wide range of banking products and services
  • Review and analyze portfolio performance to enhance profitability
  • Resolve customer problems by engaging necessary product experts
  • Participate in community functions to promote bank's positive image

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience required
  • 8+ years of commercial banking experience required
  • Strong knowledge of commercial products, credit policies, and terminology
  • Proven sales skills and goal-oriented mindset
  • Ability to mentor and lead junior team members
  • Experienced in structuring complex credit requests
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
