Commercial Banker-Healthcare Services-VP/ED

You are customer focused, enjoy building relationships and providing financial advice to your clients. A role as a Healthcare Commercial Banker offers the opportunity to work both independently and as part of a team to introduce our comprehensive solutions to clients.

About the role

As a Commercial Banker in our Healthcare industry, you will help bankers cover new prospects, deepen existing client relationships, complete portfolio reviews, build market share, and drive internal and external client dialogue. You will need deep working knowledge of our solutions, including Credit, Treasury Services, International Banking, Commercial Card, and Merchant Services.

Healthcare Bankers collaborate closely with product partners, Global Corporate Banking, and Core. The ideal candidate exhibits a strong interest in cross-border businesses, cultural sensitivity, a commitment to teamwork and partnership, and exceptional work ethic and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Champion a culture of innovation and a customer-centric mindset
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation or strategic partnerships
• Drive new client acquisition in partnership with bankers

Requirements

• 5+ years in a similar banking, venture, credit, or treasury role
• Outstanding professional reputation and integrity
• Strong leadership skills
• Demonstrated ability to develop and retain new and profitable relationships in a highly competitive environment
• Ability to assess risks inherent in complex credit transactions and mitigate, structure, and negotiate accordingly
• Extensive knowledge of products and services

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Superior knowledge of market dynamics and its business environment
• Excellent problem-solving, oral, and written communication skills
