About the role
Remote contract position requiring 10–40 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and provide high-quality templates, samples, and annotated examples of commercial agreements.
- Ensure all agreements reflect current legal standards, industry best practices, and practical commercial use cases.
- Submit well-structured, high-quality documents that contribute to the project's AI training dataset.
- Communicate promptly and professionally to clarify requirements and deliverables.
Requirements
- Have strong relevant experience in the domain of contract drafting and negotiation.
- Working knowledge of standard commercial agreements, including MSAs, lease agreements, IP and marketing contracts.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to clarity and accuracy in contractual language.
- Demonstrated ability to create or adapt legal documents for practical, real-world scenarios.
- Experience with remote collaboration and delivering assignments autonomously.
Pay
$80 – $100/hour
