Commercial Lawyer | Remote

Type: Contract • Compensation: $80 - $100/hour • Location: Remote • Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and provide high-quality templates, samples, and annotated examples of commercial agreements.
• Ensure all agreements reflect current legal standards, industry best practices, and practical commercial use cases.
• Submit well-structured, high-quality documents that contribute to the project's AI training dataset.
• Communicate promptly and professionally to clarify requirements and deliverables.

Requirements

• Have strong relevant experience in the domain of contract drafting and negotiation.
• Working knowledge of standard commercial agreements, including MSAs, lease agreements, IP and marketing contracts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to clarity and accuracy in contractual language.
• Demonstrated ability to create or adapt legal documents for practical, real-world scenarios.
• Experience with remote collaboration and delivering assignments autonomously.
