Commercial Analytics Manager

Our client, a large, established building products manufacturer with a strong North American presence and global footprint, is seeking a Commercial Analytics Manager to help continue building out its Commercial Analytics Center of Excellence. This person will work across Sales, Marketing and Customer Service, connecting data and KPIs to provide a clearer picture of overall commercial performance. This is a hands-on analytics role that combines data analysis, cross-functional project leadership and stakeholder management. What You’ll Do Lead analytics projects across Sales, Marketing and Customer ServiceConnect multiple data sources to provide a holistic view of commercial performanceDefine, track and improve consistency around key commercial KPIsWork hands-on in Salesforce and Tableau to analyze data and build reportingTranslate complex data into clear business trends and takeawaysImprove data governance, documentation and reporting processesPartner across business and technical teams to drive projects forward What We’re Looking For Experience supporting at least 2 of 3 areas: Sales, Marketing and Customer ServiceStrong understanding of commercial KPIs and overall business performanceProven experience owning cross-functional projectsExperience working across multiple data sources and systemsStrong communication and data storytelling skillsExperience with data governance and KPI definitionsHands-on experience with Salesforce and Tableau strongly preferredExposure to Power BI, Adobe Analytics and/or Qualtrics is a plus The strongest candidate will combine analytics expertise, business acumen and project leadership rather than specializing solely in dashboard development or one analytics platform.
