About the role
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations and addressing technical issues promptly.Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and software applications.
- Provide technical support to employees and troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance of systems and equipment.
- Implement and enforce security policies to protect company data and systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in IT support or management.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and network administration.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with ITIL best practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
