Global Industrial is a leading distributor of industrial-strength equipment and supplies, serving organizations across various industries. As a Commercial Account Manager, you will be part of a customer-focused sales team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a tactical account/territory sales plan.
- Thoroughly analyze customer needs, values, purchasing behavior, and motivations through extensive research and competitor analysis.
- Execute a sales strategy for penetrating accounts, including prospecting, cold calling, identifying key decision-makers, and determining buying criteria.
- Set daily/weekly/monthly goals and objectives, prioritize tasks, utilize time effectively, and take full advantage of available resources.
- Utilize sales planning tools and the pipeline management process to achieve business objectives and goals.
- Build trust and credibility with clients through strategic and investigative questioning, assisting them in finding solutions that help achieve their goals and add value.
- Provide support, information, and guidance by researching and recommending new products and services.
