Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, relationship building, and creating referral sources.
• Manage your sales funnel, set appointments, conduct face-to-face meetings, and deliver professional proposals.
• Expand our client base and achieve revenue goals by driving business growth.
• Collaborate closely with management to shape the future of our growing organization.
• Leverage CRM tools daily to track, report, and optimize sales activity.
• Build connections with existing clients and professional networks to position the company as a trusted partner.
• Engage in local travel within your assigned area and contribute to team projects and broader company initiatives.

Requirements

• At least three years of B2B sales experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with a team.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• High school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to drive and walk extensively throughout the day.
• Flexibility to work extended hours as needed.
