Commercial Account Manager
Responsibilities
- Prospecting/Cold Calling
- Scheduling meetings with Potential New Customers
- Quote HVAC Planned Maintenance, Service Work & New/Replacement Projects
- Managing Personal Relationships with Key Account Contacts to Create Long Term Partnerships.
- Scheduling Maintenance, Service, and Installation Jobs with the Dispatch and Technician Team.
- Create Sales and Contact Reports for the Sales Meetings.
- Meet and Exceed Goals Established by Sales Manager.
Qualifications
- Minimum High School Education
- College Education Preferred
- 2+ Years of HVAC Account Manager Business to Business Sales
- Self-Motivated, Goal Oriented, Responsible, Coachable, Team Oriented.

Pay
$50K-$60K+ (Depending on experience) + Uncapped Commission Structure
Schedule
All work is in and around the Nashville area, no long-distance travel.
