What You'll Do
- Build & Manage Commercial Relationships
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial property owners, facility managers, property managers, insurance professionals, and community partners.
- Become a trusted advisor by educating clients on restoration services, emergency response planning, and disaster preparedness.
- Conduct regular client visits to strengthen relationships and identify opportunities.
- Represent SERVPRO Team Toft at networking events, industry meetings, and community functions.
- Develop New Business Opportunities
- Identify and pursue new commercial restoration opportunities related to water, fire, storm, and emergency response services.
- Build a pipeline of potential commercial clients and referral partners.
- Possess the ability to prospect, network, and create connections with businesses throughout the market.
- Respond quickly and professionally to opportunities when losses occur.
- Collaborate with operations teams to support successful customer outcomes.
- Present & Communicate
- Deliver professional presentations to businesses, organizations, and community groups.
- Clearly communicate SERVPRO’s capabilities, services, and value.
- Customize presentations and conversations based on customer needs.
- Partner With Internal Teams
- Work closely with Restoration, Reconstruction, Estimating, and Leadership teams.
- Communicate customer expectations and opportunities effectively.
- Support an exceptional customer experience from relationship development through project completion.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in B2B sales, account management, business development, or relationship-based sales.
- Strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable meeting with business owners, executives, and decision-makers.
- Ability to identify opportunities and turn relationships into business growth.
- Strong organization, follow-through, and time management skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in restoration, construction, insurance, property management, or facility services.
- Experience managing commercial accounts or referral partnerships.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
- Knowledge of water, fire, storm, and property damage restoration.
