Key Responsibilities
- Nurture and follow up on warm leads (no cold calls)
- Build and manage a sales pipeline
- Manage sales opportunities through all stages of the sales cycle
- Identify, qualify, and close prospects; overcome objections through consultative approach
- Maintain a positive attitude and be a team player
Key Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in direct sales - preferably in Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) or Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS)
- Excellent sales and presentation skills via phone, email and web-conference
- Demonstrated success in driving sales process and closing business over the phone
- Ability to articulate complex technology concepts to a technical and non-technical audience
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.com
- Industry experience is a huge plus, but not required
- Energetic, upbeat, tenacious, team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- College degree (BA/BS) is required
Desired Skills
- Knowledge and understanding of contact center and unified communications technology and concepts
- Cloud services; VoIP
- Previous experience with Salesforce.com CRM
- Software-as-a-Service Applications (Cloud) experience and understanding
Pay, Benefits & Schedule
Competitive base salary, generous monthly commissions/bonus, full benefits package, and stock options.
This role is hybrid. 3 days a week (T, W, TH) in our San Ramon office is required.
The US base salary range for this role is $39,600—$76,800 USD.
Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate including, but not limited to: skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
