About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing commercial accounts within the insurance industry. This includes developing relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by networking and attending industry events
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and problem-solving
- Understand and analyze client needs to provide appropriate insurance coverage and risk management strategies
- Present proposals and negotiate terms with clients to secure new business
- Stay informed about market trends and regulatory changes that impact the insurance industry
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or account management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Experience in the insurance industry is preferred
- Knowledge of commercial insurance products and services
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills

Pay
- Salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 annually
