About the role
This is not a sit-at-a-desk role. This is a high-impact, outside sales position focused on building partnerships with local businesses and keeping their vehicles on the road.
Responsibilities
- Develop and grow relationships with local businesses, municipalities, and fleet operators
- Generate new service business through prospecting, networking, and in-person visits
- Act as the primary point of contact for commercial clients and their fleets
- Promote our priority service, fast turnaround times, and dedicated commercial facility
- Work closely with our service team to ensure exceptional customer experience
- Identify opportunities for preventative maintenance programs and long-term partnerships
- Track activity, accounts, and opportunities within CRM systems
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or outside sales
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
- Able to work independently and manage a territory
- Automotive or fleet experience is a plus—but not required
- Valid driver’s license
