Commercial Account Executive
Job Overview
Develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and strategic prospecting
Build and maintain relationships with commercial clients, insurance professionals, property managers, facility managers, and other referral partners
Identify customer needs and present service solutions that create long-term partnerships
Coordinate with operations to ensure a seamless transition from sales to project execution
Represent the company at networking events, industry associations, and community functions
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities within the CRM
Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals while contributing to overall company growth
Requirements
- Previous business development, sales, or account management experience in restoration, construction, facilities services, property management, or a related industry preferred
- Proven ability to generate new business through networking, prospecting, and relationship building
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience developing and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a sales territory
- Professional presence with a customer-first mindset
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory

$90,000 - $110,000/annum + Uncapped Commissions
