Key Responsibilities
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for all affiliate marketing campaigns, including clicks, conversions, commission, and return on investment (ROI).
- Develop and maintain recurring reports and dashboards using business intelligence tools to provide clear visibility into performance for stakeholders.
- Proactively identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities in data to provide actionable recommendations for improving affiliate program efficiency and profitability.
- Assist in building and maintaining models and forecasts to project future performance needs.
- Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to optimize landing pages, offers, and partner performance.
- Serve as a dedicated data partner to the Commerce Team, working closely with leadership to translate business goals into data strategy and deliver clear, actionable insights.
- Ensure the accuracy and reliability of all data sources, reporting, and analysis.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional experience in data analytics within a publishing environment or affiliate marketing organization (publisher-focused experience strongly preferred).
- Experience with a business intelligence platform (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Familiarity with affiliate tracking & Commerce business models, platforms and tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (economics, statistics, computer science) or equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrated ability to perform in-depth analysis, draw conclusions, and present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with statistical analysis and data visualization.
- Strongly Preferred: Experience with languages like Python & SQL for data manipulation and statistical analysis.
- Prior experience working with large, complex datasets.

Pay Range
